The a double room we were allocated in was new-fashioned. Plus it had absolutely stunning view of the cathedral. Location: the hotel was near the plaza. Great to be 500 feet away from La Lucha, enjoyed our meal there...

This hotel is in the perfect location, right on Arequipa town square. You can't get any closer to the heart of the city. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, with a direct view of the Cathedral and the surrounding volcanoes. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure that my room was always clean and organized. The breakfast was served on the rooftop, which provided a great view while enjoying a delicious meal.
The only minor downside was that the water in the shower was somewhat cold. However, given the overall experience, it was not a major issue.

During my Christmas stay, the free breakfast and Wi-Fi were enjoyable perks. the hotel's location was convenient with shopping and restaurants just a quick walk away. the staff was friendly and provided useful local tips to enhance my trip.
My sleep was often disturbed by outside noises, such as loud music and cheering. the room was not adequately soundproofed, so I could hear the conversations of people next door.

The hotel was well-located close to a beautiful cathedral and lively pedestrian street. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view. the breakfast was decent with fresh bread and fruit.
The lobby was unimpressive and the staff didn't speak good English.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was the best decision I made during my trip. The hotel’s prime location let me easily explore the main attractions without having to worry about transportation. The helpful and friendly staff made my stay even more memorable by offering all the information I needed to make the most of my trip. The breakfast offered was delicious and the views from the rooftop terrace were amazing. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the hot showers were the best I have ever had.
Although the hotel can be a bit noisy at times, this was not a major issue for me. the thin walls allowed me to hear my neighbors from time to time.
